Royal London has a range of subsidiary brands, including such well-known names as Scottish Life, Bright Grey and Scottish Provident. The challenge was to raise awareness of the fact that these were Royal London businesses and extol the benefits of being a customer of a Mutual financial services company.
We developed a new look and feel for the initiative along with a positioning statement illustrating the relevance of mutuality for today’s customers. This led to us creating a membership zone within the Royal London website and recruitment material to encourage customers to sign up and engage more with the wide range of services and brands within the Royal London family.
